Employee Social Committee
The social committee co-ordinates a range of activities throughout the year including a family Zoo day, movie night, staff drinks, trivia nights, pool competitions, Oktoberfest - all culminating in the end of year Christmas party.
Employee Sports
The sports committee co-ordinates group events and assists with entry fees in corporate games, fun runs etc.
Salary Continuance Insurance
ASX Group provides financial support to eligible staff who incur extended periods of absence from work through sickness or accident, where other leave payments have been exhausted.
Professional Memberships
Eligible staff can seek funding approval for memberships or registered professional bodies.
ASX Group Education Assistance Program
To help staff obtain the knowledge and skills required to be successful in their current role, and to achieve longer-term career goals, ASX Group provides company-sponsored access to ongoing education. This can include professional and/or technical qualifications or certification.
Paid Parental Leave
Employees can benefit from 12 weeks paid parental leave for the primary carer. The secondary carer is entitled to 2 weeks paid parental leave.
